Headache sharp throbbing during a workout exercise?
The last 3 days while doing pushups or pullups, i get this unbearable pain in the backside of my head, it only occurs on the left side. The pain subsides into a throbbing headache and doesn’t go away without advil. Im 16 very active, have had migraines in the past, workout fanatic, drink 1 gallon of water a day
this could be many things including high blood pressure, injury, ect you should go to see your doctor and don’t do those exercises until you do see him and find out if anything is wrong! you know what doctors say ” if it hurts when you do that then don’t do it!”
