Building effective programs for a weak muscle?
Hello, I am a college sophomore age of nineteen. I've been trying to get in shape for many years but have only succeeded in my body is drained of much weight. (I'm about 5'6 "and weighs around 128-130 pounds for the moment) I was wondering if anyone has a solid and effective exercise and diet program to follow at home / in the bedroom to put on the muscle? I have no access to computers very much other than a treadmill, two weights 20 pounds and a gym "Iron" (Pull-up bar – can also be used for arm curls and triceps). I can not afford a real gym membership in my area either (I have to pay for school!) Thanks in advance! One thing I forgot – It has a slight heart murmur – Do not want to risk taking steroids or anything like that.
steroids forget you do not need unless you want to be mr universe and have muscles the size of a tank … you have the gym and weights 20 pounds of iron to do 100 sit ups a day and 100 push-ups one day make the same amount of increases pull a day as well, if you can not do any of that to start making each day and the addition of each one every day and you will reach it in As for the weight loss increase your intake of calories … Cuz eat lots more you will burn many calories to the development and running on the wheel Squirrel keep working your way up so many miles a day and be sure to talk with a doctor before making any of this just to make sure it is safe because you mentioned that he had a heart murmur do not like unnecessary stress = op
