A good dailey fitness workout for a 12 year old girl?
My dance teacher told us to have a fitness workout to do each night. Any ideas?
I’m not a dancer! At my school we had a choice PE or Dance I took dance cuz my friends did!
try yoga. or push – ups, crunches, sit ups, jumping jacks. Nothing too tough. Make sure you are not killing yourself. You can also try dancing classes or dancing at home to a really good song.
