WEIGHT TRAINING ROUTINES

Where I can find a routine of weight training good? Also What are the healthy foods they can prepare for weight training?
I've been out of circuit weight training for about 6 years due to injuries. I really miss him, but could use some guidance. Im thinking of starting training at home until they broke my back in it and join a gym. Thank you for your help.
Well done for getting back in it. If you're starting at home, focus on body weight – jump squats, pushups, pull ups, burpees, squat thrusts, mountain climbers, bathrooms, sprints, tables etc. And consider getting one Kettlebells – truly versatile piece of kit, and fairly cheap too. If money is really a problem, buy a bag of sand from a DIY store and make some presses, rows, squats, etc with that. As for food, stick to things like – the whole eggs, meat, fish, cottage cheese, whole milk, fruits, vegetables, oats, nuts, etc and only adjuct quantities depending on whether you want to bulk or cut.
