How nutrition, diet and food supplements are different?
They are the same as food supplements or dietary supplements? Unless are one and the same, how the definitions are different?
It is a matter of symantecs and interpretation. Only dietary supplements is widely accepted as being taken or added to an existing person consumption. This does not mean weight loss. The best food supplements that would be interpreted as consists of a food as a whole in a more convenient form (capsules or powder). Green foods such as broccoli, spinach and wheat grass would be a food supplement. All are NUTRITIONAL FOODS are all diet, but not all food diet.
