<p>Yes, they definitely can be. Make sure you have plenty of space to do them, though. There are some really great ones out there. I know you&#8217;re not looking to lose weight, but some of the Biggest Loser DVDs can make for a really intense workout. Do some research before you buy.</p>
<p>I like to go to amazon.com and read the reviews of the DVDs I&#8217;m considering. It also depends on what kind of exercises you like to do. Most cable companies offer an exercise channel (sometimes on demand) which allows you to sample different workouts, so you could also look into having one of those. Good luck. The key is finding one you really love and will stick with.</p>
