That team is rounded and better? He, elliptical treadmill or bike?
I have really wanted to lose weight. However, I want a machine that keeps my interest, and works well to get rid of body fat.
I love the elliptical! If you receive one with the handles then also give some upper body strength. Best of all is low impact! Running is a great workout, but it is very hard on your feet and joints. A stationary bike is okay, but overall the elliptical machine in my opinion, gives a better Total Body Workout. If you want to run, you can always do it outside from time to time when time permits. It is also better to change your workouts! Not only use the elliptical machine! Challenge the body in other ways as well. I recommend doing cardio and strength training videos as well.
