How I can start a fitness program?

I have 32 years of age with hypertension. I have never been active, but I'm doing more and I have a son, so I want to be in the form a loose about 50 pounds. I always start too fast and then leave. Does anyone have a suggestion and I start slow, so do not injure myself and leave a monthagain, but still feel like I'm doing something? I've lost 50 # with Weight Watchers in the past but I smoked to keep my metabolism up. Any proper diet and metabolism indgredients reinforcements to increase blood pressure more?

Go to a reputable gym or in the gym and talk to one of the directors of fitness. They have received special training in how to help people stay in a program. Starting Gung Ho is a common problem and often results in people hurting themselves and give up. You have already experienced this. So the help someone who knows the exact steps to take. Good gyms, fitness rooms are really not that expensive when you find out what you're getting for the money. certified instructors, all the equipment you need, encouragement, a sensible program and a guaranteed result if you stick with it. Good for you to lose kilos. That's a pretty big start! Smoking does nothing to boost your metabolism, however. Once you get into your workout routine, you will find that cutting down on cigarettes and improve its wind resistance enormously. I know, I've been there and done that. Good luck!
