exercise for weight loss? Need some help.?
Okay so now that summer is here I have much more freetime and want to start exercising again. I want to lose some weight but I’m not sure how to go about it. I have a bike, free weights, a bench, a medicine ball, pilates videos, yoga mat, resistence band. I guess I just need some sort of daily routine or something to motivate me and get me back in the groove. Any suggestions?

you have alot of gear for exercising. Well, i suggest riding your bikes, doing yoga, jumproping and swimming.
Jumproping has the same effect as running and it helps make your legs more slender and taller. Jumprope for 30 minutes everyday and see what happens! oh, and if you get thirsty, drink this:
home-brewed greentea that has cooled in the fridge.
It’s better than drinking regular water.
sit ups get rid of your stomach fat, and swimming can get rid of your arm fats and leg fats.
oh, and after exercising, do not eat for one hour no matter how hungry you are.
