Suggest an exercise plan for someone just starting to exercise. What kind of exercise should be included? How long and how often should perform each type?
the best exercises for beginners or anyone who has not done much for a long time would be to start with gentle exercises, perhaps a walk, begins with a gentle walk 20 minutes 2-3 times a week for a few weeks after you feel more fit to start walking faster and farther, then a couple of months trying to add some more exercises such as push ups and squats, start with anything unless you can handle without getting hurt and gradually increase the number of repetitions. but before you start to see your doctor, explain that you want to start exercising and request a check to make sure there are no underlying medical conditions that would be aggravated by additional exercises
