Help me finish designing a pure bodyweight strength workout. 10 points?
Back – Pull-up (overhand), inverted row
Biceps – Chin-ups (underhand), ????? Any other bicep bodyweight exercises?
Chest – Pushups, Decline Pushups
Tricep – Bench dips, close-grip push-ups
Shoulder – ??????? Does anyone know any bodyweight shoulder exercises?
Legs – vertical jumps, squats, wall sits, calf raises
By pure bodyweight I mean strength training without any weights or machines. Just your body’s weight
bodyweight should excercise…not really. the only thing you can do is probably raise your arm by the side. swimming helps a lot too
