strength training? What do i need to do to improve my upper body strength?

I want a six pack. Any Advice. IM 6’5 205. what do i need to do????? PLEASE ANSWER

A lot of what these people said are true. Workout your abs 3times a week, although the abs are one muscle you can actually work out everyday. But it doesn’t matter if you can do 100 crunches. Abs are just like trying to build any other muscle. You only want to be able to do about 10 repetitions. Or else your abs will build up a tolerance and won’t develop any further. To do this hold a weight plate in your hands and once you can to 10 reps, increase the weight. Now here is my key piece of advice for abs: We’ll use a crunch for example. When you reached the peak of your crunch and you feel the contraction, hold that contraction all the way back down. And don’t let your momentum carry you back down. YOU control yourself on the way back down. If you hold the contraction and control yourself back down (and breathe)…..you’ll be amazed at the burn you will get and how many less you will be able to do of an exercise….which is good! It might feel a little awkward at first, but you’ll get it. Also, workout out all ab muscles. Obliques ,upper and lower. I have some good workouts for all of them. E-mail me if you are interested.
