cheap fitness equipment
Recommendation for fitness equipment?

I'm looking to buy some fitness equipment. Its between the Total Gym or the circle AB (something a little more cheap) and going "all out" and get an elliptical. Any suggestions on any computer, or personal comments on these computers?

It depends on what your goal is. If you want to stay tone or lose body fat percentage, I would go with the elliptical. The circle AB is not very good and only work the abdominals. It would be more likely to be a coat rack $ 200 within a couple of months. I you are doing strength training to gain muscle, I forget the total gym, because that too is a machine whose durability is questionable. I go for a small gym from Sears or something. Training centers have 3 or 4 stations to work the entire body. You can get these for about the same cost as an elliptical. That way you can simply go for a jog your cardio and get a breath of fresh air.

Body Fat Test / Analysis available, find out your exact BF %.
