The best way to get a good body when you have an hourglass shape?
I'm always trying to figure out how to love my body, and I do For the most part .. but I have tone arms that look great when I have a certain way, and I have big hips, thick legs and a bigger butt I have a waist Tho small and I try to tone as far as possible and I guess if I lost weight it would help, but then I lose my boobs and more! Im short, and may cover this skinny look and in some situations, but I want to see and feel hotter! Get all the exercises that help hourglass? I've heard to use any resistance .. but I love spinning classes and hatred running for long periods of time!
Honey, an hourglass shape is a good body! The only reason why would say that this way is that you're still a child or a woman with an almost irretrievably broken self-esteem.
