What should I include in my diet as I undergo core strength and personal trainer?

Unlike red meat

Avoid fats as much as possible and simple carbohydrates (sugars). Proteins almost never become fat and complex carbohydrates (bread and vegetables) can be converted fat if they are inactive and have a slow metabolism.
