Mention of strength training and weight lifting or using machines immediately comes to mind. But there are many types of strength, not just "maximum" strength. I want to show how strength training bodyweight is excellent to increase every kind of strength and why you should use your own body weight first as part of their course of strength training.
So what makes force?
Well, a simple definition of strength is the ability of your body has to exercise and skeletal muscle strength against resistance. Resistance may be the weight of his own body, the weight of another thing or two. Thus, the more capacity you have to move your own body or an object in your environment, more strong you are.
And being stronger has its benefits:
– You can do more with your body and find objects in their environment
– You reduce the risk of injury due to a greater ability to control his body and other objects
– You gain confidence knowing that the force behind their movements
– You can overcome the challenges of sport, work and life easier
– And you look better, because its strength is clearly visible in the strong muscles
But the truth is that there are many different types of force. And believe that everyone can be improved with strength training bodyweight. Here we will look at the three main types of strength: maximal strength, explosive strength and strength endurance.

The resistance force is the amount of force that can generate over a long period time itself. It is the ability to be as strong as possible as long as possible. This type of force is characterized by being able to make a move several times without being overcome by fatigue or sacrificing form.
When you think of strength training body weight, this is normally the kind of strength people think. Rhythmic, repeated body weight calisthenics, for example, builds endurance strength.
As you can see, there are a lot of different types of force. And you can train each by the weight of his body. N resistance necessary.
Think of it this way. The training is specific. If you do some type of exercise, be better in that period. So if you are training for any use of force (which included maximum, explosive and endurance strength) where the purpose of carrying out the movement is his own body, no better tool than body weight calisthenics.
