What is the best home gym equipment (machines) to get fat and loose skin to get rid of the entire stomach and thighs?
I lost a lot of weight while ago, and now have lots of loose skin around my stomach and thighs, and a little in my arms. I have also recently presented a little more weight in those areas and want to burn faster and tone my body a bit. I DO NOT want to go to a gym, but you want to do in the comfort my home. I am willing to buy all the fitness machines or equipment you need to do this (within reason). PLEASE HELP! I need my confidence back for summer and a new me! Thanks heaps!
Ahh! you just name all my old problem areas! I have the perfect piece of exercise machines for the stomach, thighs and buttocks though. It's called "Leg Magic!" I've had mine for two years and I love it! (The site is down.) I do not know what is most willing to spend no more than this machine is very small and only $ 200.00! They even have an offer where you can try for a month 20.00 a $! For weapons, get a 5 pound weight and keep it in one hand. Bring the arm with the weight on his head. Have your other arm coming around behind the head and let it take the right hand under his elbow. This gives your arm with the weight support. Double the weight arm at the elbow and then straighten again. I slowly presses 20 then switch to another branch (with one arm continues to support the arm weight.) Then I go back to arm 20 presses first and make fast and then change again. I do the routine twice for the her: both arms slowly, while faster weapons, both arms slowly, while faster weapons.
